Get to know us

We started as a small hamper service aiming to help individuals and corporate businesses gift their clients, family and friends with ease. We had a unique offering where our hampers included bespoke pieces of miniature artwork. It soon became obvious that it would make sense to help our clients see beyond the boxes we curated and extend our artistry services to large abstract pieces and murals. Currently, we offer large scale artwork solutions for commercial real estate properties and private homes, mural services for institutions and individuals as well as uniquely curated hampers to our clients.

The Artist

As a teenage girl, I was multi-passionate and multi-talented. Academically, I made sure to apply myself enough to impress my parents. Before entering secondary school clueless exactly what path to take, I was bombarded with so many suggestions. I desired to pursue the sciences with the mindset that I could branch out to other disciplines in case I had a change of heart. Daddy advised I take the Visual Arts option because he believed in my creativity and mummy suggested that I towed the General Arts route because I was an avid reader. Fast forward I did neither. I pursued a course in Business instead. I furthered my studies in Economics and then International Relations, but life brought art back to me as destiny and purpose would have it.

For work, I started off in market research and consumer insights more as an operations support due to my background in statistics. With time, the management team discovered I had a flare for qualitative research which involved a lot more creative thinking. With time, I moved on to the Banking sector but that was short-lived after starting a family. I took a career break and post-covid, rediscovered art, not just as a hobby but a therapeutic escape. I have never looked back thence and I’m hopeful that my explorations and experiences captured through the art I create stir up a lot of inspiration to anyone who gets to purchase/ collect pieces of my “he-ART”.
